Lead Facilitator for The MOREOB Program in British Columbia and Western Canada
Salus Global Corporation is seeking a dynamic, engaging healthcare professional with a passion for patient safety to join our team as a MOREOB Lead Facilitator. This position services the Western provinces and involves a moderate amount of travel.
The successful candidate will have experience in two capacities: a minimum of 8 years’ experience as a frontline healthcare provider, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role within a hospital setting. A genuine desire to help multi-disciplinary healthcare teams build and sustain a culture of safety is essential. Experience with the MOREOB Program as a participant or Core Team member is an asset.
The Lead Facilitator will lead the successful implementation and ongoing deployment of the MOREOB Program in hospitals in British Columbia, as well as assigned hospitals in other western provinces. The Lead Facilitator will also be responsible for assessing client needs and tailoring Salus Global’s other quality and performance solutions to help healthcare teams achieve better results.For more details about the opportunity click here
