Salus Global is pleased to announce that Nancy Whitelaw, Director of Research and Development has been appointed to the Relational Coordination Research Collaborative (RCRC).
Commenting on the appointment, Ms Whitelaw said, “When one of us is asked to be join the Board of another organization it is both an honor and a privilege. I look forward to serving and to representing Salus Global’s partnership with the Collaborative.”
Ken Milne, Senior Executive Advisor and Founder of Salus Global, continues his respected tenure serving on the Training and Certification Committee.
This Collaborative was founded in 2011 by Professor Jody Hoffer Gittell to bring together academics, researchers and organizational practitioners to collectively build on the theory and practice of Relational Coordination as a means to help organizations achieve high quality performance. The core concept behind RCRC is relational coordination – coordinating work across boundaries through relationships of shared goals, shared knowledge and mutual respect, supported by frequent, timely, accurate and problem-solving communication.
