As a prominent obstetrician with a passion for patient safety and professional development, Dr. Milne developed the ground breaking MOREOB Program more than ten years ago. Today, implementation of the MOREOB Program has resulted in a significant reduction of adverse events as well as a measurable reduction of insurance costs and claims.
