President and Chair of Council, Canadian Medical Protective Association
Dr. Condé was first elected to the CMPA Council in 1995. He has since served on the Executive Committee and many of the Association’s governance committees, and has chaired the Audit Committee, Case Review Committee, Extent of Assistance Committee and the Regional Affairs Advisory Group. Prior to his election as president, Dr. Condé served as the CMPA’s second and first vice-president. During his tenure as first vice-president, Dr. Condé was an active member of the committee that guided the renewal of the Association’s 2015-2019 Strategic Plan.
Dr. Condé is practicing in family medicine in Val-d’Or, Québec, he is an active staff member at the Centre intégré de santé et services sociaux de l’Abitibi-Temiscamingue and at the Clinique Familiale des Pins. He also serves as a clinical fellow for medical students and family medicine residents of McGill University.
