President & CEO
Malcolm has spent more than twenty years dedicated to building high performance teams that have achieved superior results. His previous endeavours include a sixteen year career with Johnson & Johnson where his last role was Vice President and General Manager. He has also held senior executive positions with The Canadian Medical Association and Allergan Canada.
Vice President, Medical Director
Jim brings 20 years of practice experience mainly in obstetrics to Salus Global. He has held roles of increasing responsibility over the past 8 years in the organization. Prior to which he provided training and facilitation support to the organization while practicing medicine as a full-time physician.
Vice President, Business Development
Rory brings over fifteen years of business development expertise to Salus Global. Previously he has held senior sales positions with Abbott Laboratories, and Pentax Medical. Rory brings years of diverse Canadian healthcare market experience and knowledge along with a customer-centric approach to his role.
Vice President, Client Solutions
Lisa Young brings over 15 years of consulting experience helping teams across diverse industries and organizational environments to improve their collective performance and deliver tangible outcomes. Lisa blends deep expertise in change management facilitation and adult-based curriculum and instructional design with finely-honed innovative thinking to help develop teams of experts into expert teams.
Strategic Facilitator & Vice President, Client Solutions
Sally Rogers brings 30 years of clinical and leadership experience in both tertiary and community hospital settings to Salus Global. Over the past four years, she has overseen Program delivery and the Program delivery team. Prior to this, her clinical practice was focused in the area of perinatal nursing. She had the unique opportunity of being the one who introduced the MOREOB Program at two different community hospitals while serving as Clinical Manager and then as Director.
